Our tour was with Rigo. He was very knowledgeable, we learned a lot about the city, the people and the country. He took us to see all the "highlights" and areas that you would not see on a typical tour. This was a great tour, Highly recommend Rigo and would use him again if in the area.
City Tour and Beach time

We had the pleasure of touring with Marleny in August! The experience was great from beginning to end; from answering questions prior to booking, to meeting us on time for pick up and having us back to the pier on time. Couple of things I would skip next time in regards to going through shops but overall a great time! The beach she took us to was very nice, the sand and water was perfect! Highly recommend contacting them to book and tour!

My family was on a cruise last week with a port stop in Amber Cove. I initially didn't know what excursion we wanted to do, but I found Rigo on Facebook on the CCPPF page. He was able to book our tour on a very short notice! He was very professional and took us on an amazing tour of the city & we also rode Dune Buggies after the city tour! We had a blast!!

Amber Cove via Carnival Legend August 2022

Rigo was just fantastic. We were on a carnival cruise and did not do much prep for Amber Cove. We wanted to go to a nice beach and Rigo took care of us. We were a party of 9 so a big group. Rigo took us to a perfect beach and had us back in time to board the ship. Fantastic job!

We did a private City Tour & Monkey Jungle with Rigo! Amazing time! He was waiting for us upon arrival off the ship. Made us feel safe the whole time. Took us all over the city & explained the history. Will definitely be using him again on my next trip to Amber Cove.

Weâve had lots of fun Rigo is a true professional with excellent English and customer service. We were accommodated with any request we and our friends has.
Thereâs no doubt we will call Rigo the next time we are in town.

Overall okay experience dealing with Rigo but 5star rating to our driver Luis for taking good care of us.

When we booked, it did not let us add kids under the age of 8. Before starting the tour, we had to pay cash for 5 toddlers with us.
Rigo was coordinating with us at the port and said we cannot go to the cable car bcos it is closed, later when we started driving we called the cable car place and they said it was open. The driver called Rigo and told about the stop, Rigo insisted not to go there. But we insisted more and went. Glad we did as that was one of the highlights of our trip. We wanted to go to the waterfall but Rigo misguided saying it is too far off but later when we heard from other cruisers - they did the cable car and the waterfalls.
The posting says bottled water and wifi included - it was not.
Good part was that the driver Luis was very accommodating. Stayed with us for the entire day even if the booking said 4hrs. He took us for lunch at a restaurant that was by the beach. Restaurant and beach were okay - not something we will go back too. Beach was rocky and too much seaweed washing up to the shore. But Luis was helping the restaurant folks to get our food and was making sure we were well fed!
