We left my husband's wallet in the transport van. Benito spent most of his day working with the Van company and the Boat company to have it returned to us. He was successful and spend over-time doing it.
We are eternally grateful to him and the employees of Breakers for helping us with this snafu.
We had an amazing time, the crew was awesome. Would recommend this to everyone, families included.
I cannot even begin to describe how much fun we had on this trip! It was the best day of our vacation by far. The 1.5 hour bus ride out to the other side of the island from Puerto Plata was not as bad as we were expecting. We were able to see the local towns/villages and Andy gave us a verbal tour. The boat was super clean and the food/drinks were great! Mimo, our favorite crew member, helped us take pictures and took video of us snorkeling! The food we had at lunch was incredible. Definitely try the paella. If you're on the fence, BOOK IT! So worth the money for the pictures alone :
Beautiful clear blue water, fun boat ride good snorkeling and food. The service was great! The only downside is it was about an hour and half outside of Puerto Plata.
